Investment & development

Our Properties

We evaluate, find, build, own, and operate high-quality commercial real estate projects all over the West. Historically these properties range from office to industrial, from apartments to retail to marinas. And, for the most part, we have managed only assets in which the company has ownership. In more recent years, and on a select basis, we have expanded those services to properties owned by others.

Collaboration with @Industrial, LLC

@Industrial, LLC is the joint venture of two experienced development companies, one of which is Leavitt Capital Companies.  Its purpose is to acquire, develop and operate high quality industrial properties.

Venture with The Wolff Company

In addition to partnering with the principals of The Wolff Company of Scottsdale, Arizona on a number of commercial properties across the West, over the past nearly 20 years Leavitt Capital provided needed commercial and retail leasing and asset management services for many of Wolff’s apartment communities throughout the country.
