Leavitt Capital Companies is a commercial real estate development and investment firm founded in 1979 by Seattle entrepreneur Tom Leavitt. The firm focuses on high quality commercial properties in the many communities in which it is active.
The firm has developed a reputation of being imaginative and creative in its use of property and successful ventures. Historically Leavitt Capital's geographic focus has been the West Coast and the Southwest of the US. Several of the firm’s projects have become industry award winners. In its unique joint venture relationship with The Wolff Company of Scottsdale, Arizona, Leavitt is responsible for the commercial & retail portions of all Wolff apartment communities throughout the country.

Thomas E. Leavitt founded the company in 1979. He holds a law degree from the Seattle University School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound.
